Make room for the details that make their cat familiar

A book with their cat can start with a tiny detail: a hiding place in a cardboard box, a favourite spot by the window or a toy they follow everywhere. Note the cat's name and a real habit. These details give the story a personal starting point beyond the presence of any ordinary cat.

In the creator, choose the child as the hero and add the cat as an animal character. Prepare two separate photos: the child alone in one and the cat alone in the other. For the cat, choose a clear image showing the head, ears and coat markings, without a blanket or another animal blocking the view.

One example you could suggest: an ordinary box becomes the entrance to a secret garden the cat already knows. The child follows their companion and discovers why the cat disappears behind the hedge each afternoon. You can request a talking cat or keep its movements and meows; explain your choice in the description.

During review, check the cat's name, role and the visual details that matter to you, particularly markings and tail. The illustrations reinterpret the photo in your chosen style; they are not photo collages. The free preview lets you see the result before ordering the complete book.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upload a photo of the child with their cat?

For creation, prepare one photo per character: the child alone and the cat alone. A shared photo does not replace the two profiles and makes identifying each character harder.

Do I need to know the cat's breed?

No. A clear photo is more useful than an uncertain breed name. Mention important features in the description and check how they appear in the illustrations.

Can the cat be the main character?

Yes, the creator lets you choose an animal as the hero. You can then add the child as a companion if you want to tell the adventure from the cat's perspective.

Can I include several cats or a dog?

Yes, within the limit of 4 characters in total, including the child. Each animal needs its own profile, name and photo so they can be distinguished.

Does the cat have to wear clothes in the story?

No, you can ask for the cat to retain its animal appearance. Specify whether you want a realistic adventure or a talking cat, then check that intention during review.
