Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 -- Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of personalized digital and printed books on the Fabolia website.
Article 2 -- Prices
Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. Basic Plan: €14.90. Premium Plan: €29.90. Deluxe Plan: €44.90.
Article 3 -- Payment
Payment is made by credit card via our partner Stripe. Banking data never passes through our servers.
Article 4 -- Delivery
The PDF is available immediately after generation (about 5 minutes). For plans including printing, delivery is made within 5 to 7 business days in mainland France.
Article 5 -- Right of Withdrawal
Due to the personalized nature of the products, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
