Delete my data

Deleting your account permanently erases:

• your account and email address;
• your orders and all the information you provided to create them: first names, ages, character descriptions, dedications;
• the photos you sent us, both on our server and in our storage space;
• your book files: illustrations, covers, and PDFs;
• your exchanges with support and any reviews you left;
• your login sessions and any sharing links you created.

Deletion is all-or-nothing: if a single file cannot be deleted, the process stops and nothing is erased. We prefer to fail clearly rather than delete partially. If this happens, please try again later or contact us.

Log in, open “My Account,” then “Delete my account.” You’ll be asked to confirm, then deletion is immediate and irreversible. From the same screen, you can first download a full copy of your data in JSON format: do this beforehand, as it won’t be possible afterward.

Write to us from the email address linked to your account, specifying that you request data deletion. We will confirm erasure by return email within a maximum of 30 days.

If you’ve commented on one of our posts or messaged our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn pages, that content is hosted by the platform, not us: deleting it from your own account is the quickest and most thorough way.

Our moderation tools read public comments left on our pages to respond. If you want us to delete a copy we keep, please request this by email.

• Deletion from the account dashboard: immediate upon confirmation.
• Deletion requested by email: up to 30 days, with written confirmation.
